GrazeEzy is the best product you can feed long term for horses that are prone to being Grass Affected.

The purpose of GrazeEzy is to counteract the mineral imbalances inherent in green grass. It contains minerals which help to buffer the adverse effect of high potassium. In our experience this is the major culprit in causing many of the issues horse owners experience.
GrazeEzy is not a toxin-binder. Over the years we have come to understand that, while mycotoxins can be a problem especially in times or regions of humidity, it is certain minerals that ultimately run the horse’s metabolism and are the biggest cause of horses becoming ‘grass-affected’. So if you are feeding a toxin-binder and find your horse still has issues then it is likely toxins aren’t the cause and you need to address the mineral imbalances.

Use when...
*When the grass is part or all of your horse’s diet and it is green!

* When the hay isn’t ideal, meaning it is too ‘rich’ and still causing issues.
*When you are renting grazing and don’t have control over grass intake

The best results come from feeding AlleviateC/SOS in high doses whilst you are building up the GrazeEzy. This takes a couple of weeks. By then you will know your horse is improving whereupon you can start to reduce the SOS. Bear in mind you may need to add it back in from time to time depending on the weather.

GrazeEzy is not salt (Sodium Chloride) so salt should also be added to feeds. There are good levels of magnesium in GrazeEzy.
GrazeEzy is not a multi-vitamin and mineral and does not contain selenium. You still need to feed Premium or MVA to supply the daily essential nutrients.

It needs to be introduced as per the directions on the back label. Start with a very little bit and increase every few days up to an amount where you can see a difference. The larger the horse the more this will be. For most horses this would probably be at least a scoop per day, for bigger horses on problem grass this could be up to 2 scoops am & pm.

Introducing slowly is very important because, depending on individual requirements (size of horse, what sort of grass they are on, what the weather is doing), your horse may need to consume quite large amounts at times.

    What about Dose rates?
This is why there is no set dose rate. The amount your horse needs will vary with the season and the weather – as a general rule of thumb, increase until your horse is back to normal. Thereafter you will likely need less over dry spells and more when it rains. Increase the dose when it starts to rain, rather than after the rain is finished and the horse is showing signs. Be pro-active.

    Heather's Experience...

'Approx early September, I moved my normally calm and loving gelding into a new paddock, one that had been fertilised several weeks before. The grass was green and rather lush. He was started on a small area and slowly moved out.

Within 10 days he was suddenly spooky and hard to ride. Another few days later and he turned into a horse that wouldn't let you touch him, wouldn't let you catch him or even into his paddock. Feeding time was like taking your life into your hands and you had to make sure you had your running shoes on. It became a matter of dumping his feed bin and running before he could rear at you or front foot.

After trying many things from many people, I finally made contact with Jenny and he was put on GrazeEzy, salt, hay, and no grass.

I wasn't sure at first, was it going to be another product I would waste money on that wouldn't help, however, within days of starting a difference could be seen, I could catch him and finally change his cover.
A week after starting I was able to lunge him again. While he was still a little spooky he was manageable again.

Now its November and he is in full work and has been out to two in-hand shows where he was back to his normal self with a couple of ribbons to show for it. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful product, next spring I will be ready!
